Hi there, Thanks for visiting my weapons page. This page will contain images and information about different kinds of Impact Weaponry, such as Batons and Staff that caught my interest. I hope that you'll enjoy this page and find it informative.

Depending on your connection speed, it may take you a while to fully load this page the first time, please be patient, I f it gets any bigger I may eventually split it up into different pages, for now, I'm keeping it all in one page.

- Pat Crawford Survival Staff - 9 piece set that you can use to configure to form a Hiking staff, spear, baton and blow gun, The Hollow Body is made from Aircraft Aluminum  it comes with a tri-side blade attachment you can use as a spear tip and darts you can use with the blow gun, you can also get a special fishing tip with retractable hook 

- Cold Steel Sjambok -made of Precision Molded Plastic, it is swung like a rod and not cracked like a whip, the weight , speed and flexibility of the Sjambok does all work and littlw physical strength is required,  Overall Length is 41"

- Aluminum Softball Bat, this is normally a sports equipment but can also be used a defensive weapon, it has the added benefit of having a 'politically correct'  appearance so most people won't notice or pay it too much attention

- Dragon Finger Guard - Made from Brass, It's Height is 6", width is 3" and has a thickness of 2/16" it is surprisingly comfortable, It is shown here in in both side view

- Aetco Side Handle Baton - Made of aluminum with wooden core. The Handle has a swivel section where you can use 2 fingers grip on to help you swing the baton

- ASP Side Handle Baton - Made of a one piece Aspinite plastic

- Maglight 6 D-cell flashlight fitted with a  'Grip-it' attachment which turns the flashlight into a side handle baton, the light will turn off momentarily as you swing it because the centrifugal force will force the batteries to compress the back spring holding the batteries in place causing the battery electrical circuit to lose connection

- Monadnock Collapsing Batons - The main Body is made of made of a hollow aluminum tube  in which a solid-bodied plastic slides in and out, it locks in place when extended out. The Plastic handle has a trumbull stop at the end is bolted to the Hollow Aluminum body

- Automatic Extending Baton - It's Spring loaded, you press a level on the handle and the baton extends out forcefully, press the level and slam (and I mean SLAM) the tip against the floor or a solid surface to collapse it, if you have this baton, I would recommend that you press the tip against a wall or floor and open it slowly to let out the sections without locking them out and storing it that way to save the spring from fatigue, after all, the main intimidation factor of this baton is the way it snaps out with force when you open it. (it's not very intimidating when you open it with a weak spring.), it comes with a leather pouch which uses the activating level to keep it in place, it's chrome plated with a plastic cover with finger grooves on the handle. It's pretty well made for something made in china ^_^. Except it has a bent steel rod that acts as hand guards which I haven't yet decided is a plus or a minus, plus the activating level is rough and big.

- ASP Expanding Baton - made of Steel with foam covered handle 31" Fully extended and 12" closed, shown here with a closed baton in a ballistic sheath (bought separately at a gun show), this baton is also available in 26" and 21" length along with a lightweight models (made of aluminum) for undercover use and Chromed models for use near seawater to help prevent rust. They also have various attachments available to replace the tip with like a mirror to help you search under a car or around a corner, they also have some flashlights with which you can replace the handle end cap,  there are other types of sheaths available, like a hard plastic model that allows you to sheath the baton in an open position, This is the brand most commonly used by law enforcement agencies, another brand is CASCO.  There are Cheap "made in china" models available in 21" and 26" length for about half the price of an ASP model sold mostly in martial arts catalogs, but unless you just want a cheap expandable baton for practice, I would not recommend these Chinese models, their locking mechanism is unreliable and the quality of the finish and steel is poor and it bends easily, this is a case of "you get what you pay for". I would recommend that you save up until you can buy an ASP model instead of buying this
