RADITZ'S WARNING
THE
ARRIVAL OF RADITZ 5-9-02
It has been six years since the conclusion of Dragon Ball. Goku, now happily married to Chi-Chi, arrives on Master
Roshi's island for a reunion with his old friends, and introduces them to his son, Gohan. But all is not well...
Piccolo, high above in the mountains of Earth, senses a terrible power. A warrior clad in armor and sporting a tail similar to Goku's arrives. He declares himself as Raditz, and says he is searching for someone named Kakkarot. Piccolo bravely launches an assault...but to no avail. Raditz begins to attack, but picks up a power level using some device over his eye and flies off.
Raditz arrives on Master Roshi's island. Secrets revealed! Goku is a Saiyan, one of the last of a brutal alien race. Sent as a boy to conquer the planet Earth, Goku crashed and was adopted by the kind Gohan, with an accidental head trauma reverting Goku to a kind, care-free young boy.
Raditz won't have Goku's new take on life, though! He kidnaps Gohan and tells Goku his only hope for saving Gohan is to join the Saiyans and aid in the destruction of Earth, a threat further cemented by his easy victory over Goku!
Piccolo, however, is looking for something different...he seeks a temporary partnership with Goku, declaring no one will take over the Earth except for him. The two fly off, using Bulma's Dragon Radar to detect the Dragon Ball on Gohan's hat. Raditz has found out that Gohan's power level, is...exceptionally large just as Goku and Piccolo show up, but even they don't appear to be enough! The two attack mercilessly, but to no avail. Piccolo and Goku's blasts are averted and Raditz counters with a stronger attack!

GOHAN'S HIDDEN POWER 5-14-02
The group recovers, but Piccolo is short an arm. While Piccolo powers up his new attack, the Special Beam Cannon,
Goku distracts him, but Radditz is too fast for Piccolo's attack. The duo try again, this time with Goku holding
onto Radditz's tail, but Raditz preys on Goku's trust in other people, tricking him into letting go. Radditz turns
on Goku and begins to crush his ribs!
Gohan, this entire time, is inside of Raditz's space pod. Hearing his fathers cries of pain, Gohan is able to reach a level stronger than Goku! Powering up to over 2000, Gohan attacks, causing serious damage to Raditz!
With a window of oppurtunity open, Piccolo powers up for one last Beam Cannon. Goku, sneaking up on the enraged Raditz, gets him in a hold, refusing to let go. This time, Radtiz is too weak to escape, but it all comes at a price...while Raditz will not be able to escape the lethal blast, it seems Goku cannot escape either!

GOKU'S UNUSUAL JOURNEY 5-15-02
Piccolo ends the battle, killing Raditz...unfortunatly, Goku is killed too. Goku says his farewells...and disappears?
Piccolo cryptically tells them that it is the work of Kame and heads over to ensure the death of the mortally wounded
Raditz, who reveals two stronger Saiyans will arrive in one year! Piccolo regrows his arm, then takes Gohan for
special training to prepare for the battle with the Saiyans, declaring that he is there only hope!
Goku, meanwhile, has been taken to Other World by Kame. There, King Yama grants him permission to travel the mysterious Snake-Way Path in search of King Kai, who will train him in the art of Kaio Ken, an art which may be the Earth's only hope!
