NTNT RACE 12-New Liberty Stadium
Another great field of trucks was on hand to do battle at New Liberty Stadium. As the season winds to a close, nobody wanted to lose ground and it made for great competition. The crowd was pumped up and let the drivers know it during intros. Let's meet our field of trucks:

-Bill Haught (Freak of Nature)
-Landon Harrison (Blue Thunder, subbing for John Everett)
-Josh Rhodes (Half Breed 3)
-Corey Davis (Pure Adrenalin, subbing for Dustin Hart)
-Landon Harrison (MoonShiner)
-Eric Thiele (Grave Digger 20th Anniversary)
-Corey Davis (Reptoid)
-Mike Alston (Sniper)
-David Stewart (Hot Shoe)
-Halid Kurtic (The Rock)
-Cory Schwab (Bear Foot, subbing for Alex Weber )
-Eddie Carmichael (Bigfoot X)
-Cory Schwab (Bigfoot T-Wrecks)
-Alissa Skrivanek (Cyborg 2002)
RACING:
The 15 trucks that showed up were some of the best NTNT had to offer, and there was also a new truck in the field, Landon Harrison's MoonShiner. Landon switched over from the Ford-powered Sudden Impact to the Chevy MoonShiner shortly before the race. Maybe it would do him well, as he qualified well in the field. Let's get right down to the action on the track.
ROUND 1 HIGHLIGHTS
Round one got kicked off with Corey Davis and Reptoid locked and loaded; he took out Robby Haught's Skitso 4 right off the bat. David Stewart's Hot Shoe got the better of Bill Haught and Freak of Nature, but Bill would once again rise from the dead and make an appearance in round two as the fast loser. Corey also won his first round matchup in Pure Adrenalin subbing for Dustin Hart against Eddie Carmichael's Bigfoot 10. Other winners from round one included Landon Harrison and MoonShiner and Blue Thunder (subbing for John Everett), Alissa Skrivanek, and Cory Schwab.
ROUND 2 HIGHLIGHTS
Round 2's best race was the first one, with David Stewart's Hot Shoe taking on Reptoid, who had been looking very strong. Stewart actually crossed the line first, but upon reviewing the replay, it was found that he had poled going into the first turn on the St. Louis-style track, handing the win to Corey...one problem though, neither driver held anything back, and the trucks had a head on collision after finishing the race. What a wild run, and with just minor body damage and no injuries, both trucks would be able to continue.

Josh Rhodes won his matchup in Half Breed 3, Cory Schwab won once again, as did Landon Harrison in MoonShiner.
SEMI-FINALS HIGHLIGHTS
The field was whittled down to four trucks-Landon Harrison's MoonShiner, Corey Davis' Reptoid, Cory Schwab's Bigfoot T-Wrecks, and Landon Harrison also took Blue Thunder, normally piloted by John Everett, to the semis. Landon would win in MoonShiner but lose in Blue Thunder, and Corey Davis would lose another Battle of the Cor(e)ys, setting up another great final between Cory Schwab and Landon Harrison.
FINALS
These two drivers know each other well, and they've squared off with great results and competitive races each time they've matched up in NTNT. Tonight they even outdid themselves, coming within tenths of a second of each other. Cory got the holeshot, but Slick battled back and they were dead even...who won it? After reviewing the replay several times, one of the closest races in NTNT history was awarded to Landon Harrison in MoonShiner! Congratulations to both drivers on a job well done.
