8.)No stolen goods.
9.)You must manison about our site.
10.)You can have Hentai on your site.
11.)Must be a nice webmaster.
12.)No Pokemon/Digimon Fan sites!!
13.)Only English,Japanese,and Polish sites are allowed.
14.)Must have at lest over 10 pages of content.
15.)If your just new and have a great layout then plz apply.
