In England, the secretive Hellsing Corporation exists in order to rid the city of vampires. The religious Protestant group known as the Hellsing corporation has a special agent that deals with the threat, a vampire named Alucard. Alucard is an unnaturally strong vampire that has a deep taste for violence and guns. One day he sets off to kill a vampire that has plagued a town and killed most of the police force. The vampire takes the only surving police officer hostage in order to guard himself against Alucard. Despite this, Alucard kills them both, but not before ensuring the girl officer, named Seras Victoria, can come back as a vampire. The police girl is then reluctantly brought into the Hellsing organization and learns to deal with her new life as a vampire. The head of the organization is Integra Hellsing, a cold and capable woman who is determined to wipe the vampire threat in service of “the Queen”. As more powerful vampires come, as well as some artificial vampires, the Hellsing organization comes into conflict with another vampire-killing corporation based in Rome. As the show progresses, Alucard’s true power is slowly brought to light.

The Dubbing is great; the English accents for the characters were really well picked and gave the character’s depth. The dub in some ways is even better than the original Japanese voices
.:Voice Actors:.
The voice acting was expertly done and made the show highly entertaining. I like how Alucard’s voice showed the right amounts of sarcasm for any given situation. Seras’s voice was also perfectly chosen for the character, it clearly reflected her mood and character.
.:ArtWork:.
The artwork was outstanding, there were a lot of interesting shots of the moon and the city; the setting were made very eerie when the story required it to be. I enjoyed watching Seras transformation into a vampire, how her eyes changed color and how sometimes her bloodlust got the better of her. You can clearly see the expression of madness on the character’s faces.

The music was mostly jazzy tunes and some rock music. The music didn’t stand out as much as the other aspects of the show.
