The name "Mikado" means the Gate of Heaven, and the Japanese Emperors were once believed to be divinities,
like the ancient Pharoahs of Egypt. So belonging to The Emperor's Gate seemed to be most appropriate.
The lord High Executioner has at last been given the mikado's approval
and is being showered with gifts and honors, which are displayed here.
We enjoyed our weeks of competition at the Emperor's gate, and encourage you to try them for yourself.
