Chapter 40:The Prince Of Darkness

         The Zed warriors, along with the Supreme Kai, stood in the room, wondering what Dabura meant when he said they were recruiting a new member, Gohan suddenly fades out of super sayian pose. "Man, this is crazy, why did he say they were getting a new member?",the demi-sayian asked, "why should you care, you're too weak to even face the new recruit, whoever it might be!",Vegeta said, causing everybody to look up at him.

         "Today, you shamed us all with that damn pitiful performance!",Vegeta stated as he gritted his teeth and suddenly he shoved Gohan backwards, "as I said before, you're too soft and foolish and not to mention weak, letting that demon scum treat you, a sayian warrior as if you were a human! Well then you'll perish with the weak as I will survive with the strong, strength is everything!",Vegeta explained. "And because of you, Piccolo and Krillen are still stone statues and you want to know why, is was because they were weak!",he pointed out, causing Gohan to bow his head in shame.

         "Hey, don't call Krillen weak!", Yuna shouted, "and why not, you're even stronger than him!",Vegeta retorted.

         "Hmph...whoever hear of a woman being stronger than the man?",he asked, causing the former-outlaw to give him a very cold stare at his comment but through that stare, she knew he spoke the truth but he didn't have to blurt something that was obivously true.

         "Come on Vegeta, give him a break?",Goku asked him, "oh quiet Kakkarot, you're the reason he's like that, always trying to protect the weak and foolish with that good heart of yours!",Vegeta shouted, Vegeta suddenly raised his hand and formed a ki blast. "Vegeta, don't do it, if you do, the shockwave well be sent to directly to Majin Buu!",Shin shouted, "please, Majin Buu was a horrible monster, even if he isn't at full power, he'll still destroy you!",he pointed out but Vegeta didn't reply and just make the ki blast bigger.

         Vegeta suddenly points the ki blast in Shin's face, causing a wave of fear to come to the ruler of the universe. "QUIET! Why should I care how many people die?",he asked angerily, "Vegeta, you have to stop this or that Buu monster will be resurrected!",Yuna said but the sayian prince was even paying attention at her, just kept pointing the ki blast in Shin's face.

         "Alright Vegeta, that's enough!",Goku said as he grabbed Vegeta's wrist, "calm down Vegeta?",he asked, causing the sayian prince to growl at him and suddenly, the ki blast faded away and Vegeta turned his back against them, causing Shin to sigh in relief. "I don't get it, Dabura had the perfect opportunity to get our energy but then he calls it off and says that he has found a warrior to face us!",Goku poinuted out, him and the others were now concerned, well everyone except for Vegeta who was now extremely pissed off. Shin begins to look around the room, trying to see who was the new member, he first look at Yuna and then at Goku and Gohan and finally at Vegeta. His eyes widen as he figured it out, "no, not him!".

         "Oh yes Dabura, he'll be perfect!", Babidi says as he watches the whole event from the crystal ball, "this is absolute perfect, fighting one of their own members!",he said as he laughed at the thought, Babidi held out his hand and blue lights of dots go into the crystal ball and is seeming to be aiming for Vegeta. Babidi's eyes widen and a bright light expanded from the center of the crystal ball and soon it the ball is glowing a pink-white color.

         Back in the room, Vegeta's eyes widen and then cries out in pain, "Vegeta?", Yuna questioned as they saw Vegeta throw his head back and screams. "Damn it!",Shin cursed under his breath, "I knew this would happen!", he stated as Vegeta continued to hold his hand and scream in pain, "Vegeta, what's wrong?",Goku asked him worriedly, "something's attacking me!",he replied, "who?", "from inside!",he stated and suddenly his body is engulfed in a golden light as he transform into a super sayian.

         Vegeta step forwards, and clenches his teeth as he continues to scream and hold his head in pain, "Vegeta, you have to fight it, he's trying to turn you evil!",Shin shouted but Vegeta was in too much pain to even listen to the Supreme Kai or the others. "Now, to bring back his dark powers that he has kept deep inside!",he said as he sent more pink-white balls out of light into the crystal ball, sparks of crackling red energy came from the prince's body as he levitated high into the air as he screams in pain.

         Vegeta's scream, rings out through the entire area, the others put their arms up in defense as Babidi continue to power up Vegeta with his black magic and from afar, Lucia watched on, knowing that she couldn't do anything to help the sayian prince now. Vegeta fell to the ground, quivering a bit, "Vegeta?",Goku asked as him and the others walked over to where the sayian prince was. "Wait!",Shin said, "we're too late!",he stated as he saw the big M on Vegeta's forehead.

         Back at the Tenkaichi Boduaki, the stadium was still lit up with fireworks and confetti, "yeah that's right, I am champion!",Hercule boasted but suddenly stops as he turns around and looks at Eighteen, who was leaning against a wall, looking him. She gave him a smile, one that could match Vegeta's which made him tremble in fear

         A light wind blows around Babidi's ship, inside, Majin Vegeta stood infront of everybody with grin on his face. "Oh no, Shin's right, Vegeta is under Babidi's spell!",Yuna said as her and the others looked on in shock as they saw the dark sayian prince. Majin Vegeta suddenly flares up energy around him, "alright, now to get them somewhere, more intresting!",Babidi said, "PAPARA!",he shouted as the room started to change and suddenly, they were all back at the tornament.

         "Huh? Vegeta!", Eighteen said cheerfully and then walked towards the ring where they were, "oh hi Goku, sorry but the tornament's over but their is always next year!",the announcer said, causing Majin Vegeta to grit his teeth and raised his hand, a beam of energy lanced out from his hand and it was about to hit the announcer but Gohan saved him in time. Goku gets infront of them and blocks the ki blast but it was just too strong for him and it sent him crashing into the wall.

         Babidi and Dabura continue chuckling as they saw the monster they created. "Hey, what was his name again? Ah Vegeta!",Babidi said, "Vegeta, this is Master Babidi, I want you to take all of their energy!",he ordered. "Quiet, I only want Kakkarot, the rest of you don't matter!",Majin Vegeta replied. Eighteen just stood where she was, startled at Vegeta's new attitude and wondering why he had that big M on her forehead, she could also feel that his ki has raised tremendously.

         Majin Vegeta suddenly points at Goku, and suddenly he raises his arm and forms a ki blast from his hand, the blast started to grow bigger and bigger and suddenly, Vegeta fired the ki blast towards Goku, who blocked tried to block the blast out, driving him backwards, Majin Vegeta suddenly puts more into the blast which was more than Goku could handle and move out of the way, causing the blast to hit a part of the stadium, destroying it. Eighteen's eyes widen in shock as she saw beyond the destroyed part of the city, she saw destroyed buildings.

         Majin Vegeta then looks towards with a shocked Goku, still grinning wickedly.
