T-Mobile POSITION: Lease Auditor REPORTING TO: Director of Real Estate LOCATION: Distribution Centre, Brampton IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Review all expenses, lease obligations, particularly Operating and Tax expense recoveries. Negotiate related adjustments with landlords while maintaining positive relationships. Review all incoming year-end adjustments and either approve or initiate communications with the Landlord within 60 days of receipt. Establish, when not already available, and maintain Lease Summaries and Recovery histories for each location. Starbucks - perform year-end adjustments and keep their account in good standing. Communicate with Director of Real Estate to ensure negotiations are representative of the goals of the company. Maintain a constructive relationship with those in the Accounts Payable department AND YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to establish and maintain business relationships Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel Effective oral and written communications Ability to interpret legal documents Strong negotiating skills Analytical and financial background needed Previous experience required Independent worker THEN: We invite you to share in our success and apply for a career filled with possibilities.
