A flatterer and a quick thinker, Wai Siu Bo (Jordan Chan) is brought up in a brothel in Yang Zhou. By chance, he becomes a eunuch and be friends young emperor Kang Xi (Steven Ma). As driven by fate, Bo also becomes the student of Sky Earth Sect which is against the Emperor. He is thus torn between the mission of Kang Xi, protecting or killing him.

Then, Bo learns the real Queen Mother has been kidnapped by the Sacred Dragon sect and is related to a treasure map showing the fortune of the royal family. At last he manages to win her heart. When Kang Xi unites the country, he orders Bo to get rid of Sky Earth Sect. Bo is shocked to discover that Kang Xi has known his real identity all along...
