This summary is from the old Studios USA website. It is written from the viewpoint of Cleopatra:
So we were in a bar - kind of like the clubs I used to dance in. Next thing you know, a guy offers us drinks. Ok - normal enough, until he tries to blow us to shreds. Turns out he's another one of those Betrayer people. Except there's a catch - he's even more high-tech than the others we've had the misfortune to meet. Voice told Hel that we had to fugure out how he was made, which naturally means we have to go to the surface...
Oh My God! It was unbelievable to see trees again, and to breathe in fresh air! Then, we ran into "dworks," people allowed to live on the surface cause they're being deceived into thinking the Baileys will "deliver" them or something. Surprises must come in threes, cause Sarge then ran into her sister, Lily, who thinks she's next for "delivery," I guess. (I almost lost it when I found out Sarge's real name is Rose.) Anyway, the sister/sister bond must have gone through some changes over the last 500 years, cause they hardly spoke. (Hello? Therapy anyone?)
Of course my "finesse" skills had to come into play...again. I swear, these women are good with the guns - but apparently only I have the gift of the gab. So I told Lily that Sarge has been travelling between Earth and the Mother Planet, and turned into Commando only because her transporter blew out. (Hello? What else was I supposed to say?) Lily seemed to buy it and took us to her village.
I tell her that Voice cannot contact me if Raina can read my thoughts. So Sarge gets taken to the platform for delivery the next day, and injects herself with that tracking fluid stuff. Then Lily just screwed everything up, running onto the platform and declaring that she's really the chosen one, or something to that effect. I couldn't just let them take Lily - I means she obviously has some screws loose, but don't we all? So, I ran onto the platform, and before I knew what was happening, I felt a cold breeze - colder than anything I've ever felt before. (And, speaking of which, there are apparently no coats and sweaters for women in the year 2525!) And as I looked up I saw one of those Bailey things swooping down on us, and I knew Lily and I had some problems...

Trivia: During the second season, "Home" and "Rescue" were reaired as a one hour episode. That version included several extra scenes that weren't seen in the individual episodes. The region 2 DVD release had the hour-long version. The region 1 release did not. It didn't even include the extra scenes in the deleted scenes featurette.
