The third year was a climax for the Challenger Expedition. Relationships grew stronger. Many old questions
were answered. Many new questions were posed. The fact that the Plateau was a series of shifting realities
was confirmed and leads up to the future of the expedition and the Plateau itself being put in jeopardy.

the Laytons, has acquired the Ouroboros. He plans to travel to the Plateau and kill Veronica
