Jack and Emilia attend the first official wine tasting of the Bonaparte family wine at Governor Croque's mansion. Something must be fishy when only Jack and Emilia consume the wine. The morning after, Jack and Emilia find themselves sleeping in the same bed, completely naked. Emilia panics that they had sex. They can't even remember how they got back to the lair. After getting dressed, the two go outside. They are horrified to discover that their clothes from the night before are scattered throughout town. The two decide to go see Croque and Napoleon in order to apologize incase they did anything that could be deemed offensive. Napoleon assures them they didn't after finding out they can't remember what took place.

Remembering that no one else drank the wine, Jack and Emilia track down Captain Brogard to a secret part of the island’s winery, where Napoleon is showing the wine makers a grape that has been injected with a serum that makes controlling people’s minds possible. The two overhear that they were used as test subjects to see if the serum would actually work. Since they didn’t remember anything it did. Napoleon now plans to send this wine to all the world leaders. He will control them after they drink it. Jack and Emilia decide to steal a bottle of the vintage to use against Napoleon and company.

During the Governor's triangle lesson, Croque is so awful on the instrument that his teacher kills himself by jumping out of the window. Moments later, Jack and Emilia present the Governor with a glass of a new wine, which is really Napoleon's vintage. After Croque drinks a glass of it, he falls prey to the mind-controlling serum, telling Jack and Emilia the truth about the night before. It turns out nothing “sexual” happened between the two. Napoleon made Emilia do a non-sensual dance. Jack was commanded to keep hitting himself against a wall. Lastly, Napoleon ordered them to go home and sleep, but to remove their clothing along the way.

The spies go to the winery to put an end to Napoleon’s latest scheme. While Jack, disguised as the Daring Dragoon, battles Brogard, Emilia drills open the wine barrels to get rid of the wine. The battle between the Dragoon and Brogard ends with Brogard getting thrown down into a puddle of the mind-controlling wine. With Brogard down, Napoleon uses his new rotating machine gun to fire bullets at the Dragoon. Using a bulletproof cape that Emilia made for him, the Dragoon outwits the bullets. After his gun empties, Napoleon tries to escape, but instead gets thrown into a puddle of his own vintage. To get the townspeople to forget the previous night’s events, Jack and Emilia have Napoleon, Croque and Brogard perform in drag at the island's harvest festival until the effects of the wine wear off.
