Returning from her vacation, Emilia finds Jack taking a break from his duties, not keeping an eye on things that include a giant “statue of liberty” being constructed on the beach. When paying Governor Croque a visit, the duo learns that Napoleon has erected the statue with plans to send it to America as a gesture of peace. Jack and Emilia suspect something isn’t right -- Napoleon is being nice. Before they leave, Croque informs them that he has decided to honor the upcoming American holiday of Thanksgiving by holding a traditional Thanksgiving feast at his mansion. Not approving of Croque's un-American menu, Jack decides he will cook the entire meal. While Jack prepares the Thanksgiving feast, Emilia spies on Napoleon, who receives some sort of top-secret scroll from Captain Brogard.
After eating the Thanksgiving feast, the French pass out from being overstuffed and drunk. Napoleon is escorted back to his room by his two female friends. Jack and Emilia follow after them to get the scroll. After Napoleon goes to sleep, Emilia takes the scroll from underneath his pillow. Reading the scroll over she discovers the dastardly truth about the statue. It's actually a Trojan horse that will unleash French soldiers on American soil to ignite a war. As she slips the scroll back under the pillow, Napoleon wakes up. He points a gun to her head. Singing a lullaby to him, Emilia convinces Napoleon that he is dreaming about her actually being there. Emilia returns to her lab after Napoleon falls back to sleep. Jack decides on a plan to destroy the statue. He will have the islanders play the French in an American football game that will serve as a diversion so he can blowup the gigantic statue. With the French soldiers, including those guarding the statue, playing in the game, the Dragoon will plant a bomb in the statue to blast it to pieces. In the end, Jack’s plan is carried out to perfection.
