Smallville

Talisman

Lionel invites Professor Willowbrook to the caves. He arrives with a young man whom he introduces as Jeremiah Holdsclaw, the future leader of the Kiwatche people. Holdsclaw isn't happy with Lionel and after he's shown an artifact he grabs it and smashes it open. Light fills the cave and Jeremiah holds the knife that was inside. Lionel grabs for the knife and Jeremiah knocks him down. The Luthorcorp guards open fire. However, Jeremiah is now impervious to bullets and he exits the cave with super speed.

Willowbrook goes to see Clark, or "Naman" as he calls him. Clark later explains their conversation to his parents, saying that the knife Jeremiah took is called Palac, the Star Blade, which will show Naman who Ziget is, so Naman can destroy his enemy. Jonathan thinks it's all nonsense, but Clark isn't so sure. They both agree thou that Clark must get the knife from Jeremiah before Lionel can get his hands on it.

Chloe watches as Lana reads a letter from the Paris School of the Arts. Good news, Lana is accepted! Bad news, she didn't get financial aid, so she can't go. Chloe tells her to ask Lex for help, but Lana is hesitant. When she does go talk to Lex, its because she's upset that he's selling the Talon. He tells her she sold her shares to him and he only kept the Talon open for her. He then reveals he's selling it to give her the money to go to Paris.

Chloe notices that Pete looks really worn out and is acting a bit strange. When she finds out Pete's been sleeping at school to avoid going home the two talk and it turns out Pete's parents are getting a divorce.

Lex, Lionel and Clark are all trying to find Jeremiah. Willowbrook directs Clark to an ancient Kiwatche ceremonial grounds where they find Jeremiah, who's convinced he is now Naman. Clark and Willowbrook try to convince him to relinquish the knife, but he's refuses and blows up Willobrook's SUV with his newly acquired heat vision. Clark gets word to Jeremiah that he wants to talk. When Jeremiah arrives at the barn, Clark's plan is to use Kryptonite on him, believing if he has Clark's powers, he has his weaknesses too. But, when the trap is laid, Jeremiah proves to be immune to Kryptonite. He tells Clark he has to kill him for being a false profit and after a brief battle, Jeremiah stabs Clark in the stomach with Palac and leaves him for dead.

When Jonathan and Martha arrive home they find Clark unconscious, lying in a pool of his own blood. Martha begins to freak out and Jonathan rips open Clark's shirt and puts his hand over the wound. Light shoots from his hands and when he raises them, Clark is miraculously healed. A stunned Jonathan has no idea how he did it.

When Clark wakes up his parents update him as to what happened and tell him Lex called and said his father was kidnapped by Jeremiah. Clark tells them he knows where Jeremiah is and heads off to the Kiwatche ceremonial grounds. He arrives in time to save Lionel and have an epic battle with Jeremiah who looses his super powers when the knife is knocked into the air. Lex shows up and unties Lionel just as the knife lands right where Lionel's head used to be. As the Luthors reach for the knife it crumbles.
