Smallville

Bizarro

Clark and Bizarro’s epic battle continues near the ruins of the Reeves Dam laboratory. In the midst of the clash, Bizarro reveals that he is not only made of Clark’s DNA but also has all his memories. Before Clark can continue battling Bizarro, Bizarro flies off, putting another obstacle in Clark’s path of defeating him. Meanwhile, the destruction of the laboratory has left both father and son Luthor for dead. Lex is saved by a mysterious blonde teenage girl that can fly, but Lionel’s apparent savior is unknown.

While searching for Lionel, Clark finds Lois, an unconscious Chloe, and Phillipe. Chloe is taken to the Smallville Medical Center. Unaware that Chloe’s meteor power saved her life, Lois is convinced that after she was stabbed someone in the laboratory experimented on both Chloe and her, restoring her to life while wounding her cousin. Lois goes to Lex’s mansion intent on getting answers. Around the same time, Bizarro realizes that he will need a large portion of kryptonite to strengthen himself if he wants to finish Clark off for good. He also goes to the mansion, seeking Lex’s help in destroying Clark. Bizarro tries to ruin Clark’s friendship with Lois by blatantly flirting with her. Lois doesn’t know about Bizarro’s existence, so when she eventually finds out about Lana’s death she thinks Clark flirted with her out of grief and forgives him for it.

Lex decides to turn himself into the police for Lana’s murder, convinced that his near-death experience was a wakeup call for him to change his ways. Bizarro finds the prison Lex is in and asks for his help in killing Clark, knowing Lex would have access to kryptonite from his Level 33.1 experiments. Though the seemingly repentant Lex refuses to at first, the tempting offer to learn Clark’s secrets makes him freely go along with Bizarro. Meanwhile, Chloe is pronounced dead. Clark discovers that isn’t so when he finds Chloe alive in the medical center morgue. When Clark asks his friend how she could be alive, Chloe refuses to tell Clark about her meteor power.

Realizing that he will need help to defeat Bizzaro, Clark goes to John Jones, the martian-like creature that helped him defeat two other wraiths, for guidance. John tells Clark that Bizarro can be defeated by the sun, the same source that gives Clark his strength. If Clark can weaken him enough, John can finish the fight by flying Bizarro close enough to the sun. At the laboratory ruins, Lex tries to double cross Bizarro. Bizarro repays Lex for his betrayal by knocking him out cold. At the same time Clark arrives at the laboratory, Bizarro finds the vault of kryptonite and powers up. The two resume their titanic clash from earlier, only now Bizarro is much more powerful. Mustering all his strength, Clark manages to uppercut Bizarro into the sky, where John assists by sending him to a fiery death.

In the end, Lex is picked up by the police and returned to prison. Unbeknownst to everyone, Lana is alive and well, living in an apartment somewhere in Shanghai. For the first time in his life, Clark decides to completely accept his Kryptonian heritage, knowing that even though he will always have human feelings, he is not human and must learn more about his heritage and powers if he wants to fulfill the destiny Jor’El intended for him when he sent him to Earth.
