What's New
Hello, Traveler, and welcome to
Penney's Place. I'm so glad you decided to stop by for a bit and get out
of the cold! If you're a frequent visitor, then you know that it's been
a long time since I've redecorated, and now I've finally gotten around
to it for the holiday season! I hope you will enjoy your visit.
The newest thing that is happening
with me is that I've been bitten by the digital scrap booking bug. I've
been learning to create digital scraps in Paint Shop Pro, and just this
past week, I've started learning Photoshop. Another new addition to my
many web sites is a scrapping blog that I have just created, and
hopefully, will be adding a number of scrap items to in the near future.

Not a lot on it just yet, but I don't plan for it to be that way for
very long.
Additionally, I have
been designing decorative alphas, and have just opened up my site for
that. Alphas by Lady Red is at http://lralphas.l4rge.com
I've got about half a dozen alphas for collection by those who are as
addicted to them as I am, and I have several more in the works.
Even though I
haven't been updating Penney's Place as much as I should have over the
past year, I plan to be more active about doing so during the holidays,
an on in to the new year. Since I am 'officially' retired now, I'll have
a lot more time to be doing the things that I only ha a few moments a
day to spare for when I was a member of the mainstream job market. Time
to enjoy those golden years now!
I am hoping to have
something special in the way of a Thanksgiving page this year with all
the trimmings, including a game or two. of course, at Christmas, there
will be the annual Christmas ornament decorating contest. I hope all of
my visitors will come back frequently to see what's up my sleeve for the
next two months!
