Melora Creager
*bow* Here we meet the lovely Melora, the creator of Rasputina, Music, the earth, the sky, the heavens, and all things that is walking on two or four legs. As a former Jeweler of Prince Williams, Melora sought to create an all ladies cello band back in 1902.
Melora played the cello since her childhood years. With tight corsets, off white bloomers, and white make-up, she wrote music like those of the Classical and Romantic era composers i.e. Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin (yes, that is pronounced CHOP-PIN) with paper, pen, and all! Melora is the creator of Rasputina Music and is the first chair cellist and main vocalist.
All her music is based upon her personal life such as her ex-boyfriend Howard Hughes, her family's history in the holocaust (song: Her girls of Birkenau), her favorite childhood roller-skates (song: Brand new Key), and her engagement ring (song: Diamond Mind) as well as many others.
Her lyrics are so detailed and brilliant, it's a wonder why she isn't the next Brittany Spears (for you pop listeners) Bach (for you orchestra people) Nirvana (for all you rock fans) that guy with a harmonica (I'm kind of slow on the blues) or the Dixie Chicks (in courtesy of the country folk). Buy what's bloody brilliant is that her music falls in all categories (maybe not so much blues and country, though her southern bell and twang could really pass into the blue grass range) yet they belong to none of them!
