Frank Fileccia is a Canadian Chef, based in Ottawa, Ontario, with over 27 years experience in the industry as both Executive Chef and General Manager. Frank started his career as an Assistant Manager for McDonalds and since then has worked in a variety of restaurants and hotels across Canada including Executive Chef at one of the top ten Country Clubs in Canada.

In 2000 Frank revised and converted the Canadian Chef de Cuisine program to CD-ROM for the Canadian Culinary Institute. This is the first time the CCC program has been revised by a single person as opposed to a committee.
In 2002 he completed a similar project for the Professional Chefs Association.
In 2003 the Chef completed a project for the Professional Chefs Association writing the curriculum for the Chef's Apprenticeship Program. This curriculum is now used throughout the United States.
Chef Fileccia hase also had seven training manuals published in the United States by the Professional Chefs Association and is currently working on his eighth manual as well as two new cookbooks.
