Anise Toast


6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 oil
3 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp anise flavoring

In a large bowl, beat all eggs, then add sugar, oil, and remaining ingredients. Spread the batter on a cookie sheet. Place in 350* oven for 20 mins. Remove from oven and cut into squares while it is still ho. Put back into oven for 5 mins and remove. Makes a great little add on to ice cream and other flavorful desserts.
