Bruschetta with Olives and Cheese

Delicious, when paired with
Bella Sera® Delle Venezie Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 loaf Italian bread
1 jar (7 ounce) roasted red peppers
1 package fresh Italian sausage
1 can (7 ounce) sliced black olives
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook, crumble and drain sausage and set aside. Slice Italian bread into 3/4 inch slices and brush with olive oil. Place bread on grill until golden on one side. Remove. Place peppers, sausage, black olives and parmesan cheese on top of roasted side of bread and wrap in foil, making sure foil is not touching the top of Bruschetta. Place on grill and cover if possible. Cook until hot and cheese is melted.
