Cheese Toast 2
2 slices buttered toast
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup grated cheese
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Stir in milk gradually and continue stirring over low heat until sauce thickens and boils. Add cheese, stir until melted and pour over toast.
