Hamburger Rolls


Dough
1/2 lb. lard
1/2 TSP salt
3 TBSP sugar
4 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 pkg yeast

Stuffing
2 lbs. hamburger (brown and drain)
steak spice
salt and pepper
onions (chopped fine)
celery (chopped fine)
family sized can mushroom soup

DOUGH
Combine lard, salt, sugar and flour. Add sour cream and yeast, following directions on yeast package. Add eggs. Mix together and let sit overnight in fridge.

STUFFING
Mix together.
Roll dough out and cut into circles using a glass. Place stuffing in center and fold over dough. Cook in oven at 375o F for 15 minutes. Cool and freeze.
