Low Fat Smoked Salmon Appetizer

8 oz lowfat or fat-free cream cheese
4 oz smoked salmon
Ak Mak crackers

Stir the cream cheese until it is malleable. Add the salmon, flaked and stir until well-mixed. Arrange the Ak-Maks on a serving dish and place the cream cheese mixture in a bowl in the center.
