Almond Blue Cheese Balls


Serving Size : 24

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese -- at room temperature
1/2 pound blue cheese
fresh cream -- as necessary
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 1/2 tablespoons chutney -- drained
salt and pepper -- to taste
chopped almonds -- for coating

Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to adjust consistency of mixture. Roll in chopped almond and chill.
