Sausage Balls
12-oz package of spicy pork sausage
3 cups Bisquick
2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoon water
Break up a 12-oz package of spicy pork sausage in a large skillet. Cook until gray and crumbly. Drain off the fat. In a large bowl mix Bisquick, cheese, parsley flakes, water; and cooked sausage thoroughly with your clean hands. Shape the dough into little balls (about 1 inch.) Add a little water if needed for the dough to hold together. Bake on ungreased baking sheets 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly speckled. Serve warm.
This recipe makes about 4 dozen.
