Barbecue Sauce


1 Medium onion, chopped
1/2 Cup butter or margarin, melted
1 Cup vinegar
1 Cup chili sauce
1/3 Cup brown sugar, packed
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon red pepper
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder

Serving Size : 10

Sauté onion in butter until tender; stir in remaining ingredients, and simmer 15 minutes. Use to baste meat while grilling.
