Barbecue Sauce - Norine Juenger - Lenzburg

16 oz Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tablespoon WORCHESTERSHIRE Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onion Tops
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix all ingredients in Large saucepan. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

While there was no indication, I would expect that this is best with Pork, since the idea of 'Barbecue' in that area was nearly always pork.
