Cajun Rubbed Ribs
2 tablespoon Paprika
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp Ground white pepper
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried thyme; crush with fingers
1 tsp Dried oregano leaves; crush with fingers
4 lb Pork ribs
Combine all the dry ingredients and rub on all the surfaces of the ribs. Place the rib slabs in a shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 2 hours. Cut the ribs into serving pieces.
Serves 4 to 6.
