Chocolate Banana Bars


1 package (6 ounce) chocolate chips
1 cup minus 2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups mashed bananas
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup milk

Melt chocolate over hot water. Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. In large bowl beat banana and butter until creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and milk and mix well. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spread on greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Brown Velvet Frosting

1 package (6 ounce) chocolate chips
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla pinch of salt

Melt chips and butter. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
