Delicious Pork and Beans

1/2 onion, chopped
2 15 or 16 oz cans Pork and Beans
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp Oriental chili paste (Tuong ot toi Vietnam)
1 tablespoon black strap molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Meat (hot dog, Polish sausage, etc.)
Bacon grease or lard

Sautée the onions in the grease over low to medium heat. Add the pork and beans and other ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until thickened. Serve--makes one meal for approximately three to four hungry people.

(NOTE: Left-over KFC baked beans may be substituted for one of the cans of pork and beans, but if you do this, cut the brown sugar to 1 teaspoon.)
