Beef Brisket
6-7 pounds beef brisket
32 oz tomato sauce
2 pkg. (1.25 oz ea) dry onion soup mix
6 oz horseradish
small amount of water
potatoes
Cover pot. Cook brisket in sauce at 325* for 3 - 3 1/2 hours. Add potatoes in last hour. Cool and slice meat. Return meat to sauce and heat.
