Crockpot Barbecue Roast
CHIEF'S SAUCE
1/2 cup Bar-B-Q sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove Garlic, chopped fine
Dash of thyme, basil and oregano
3 or 4 pounds arm or blade pot roast
Place roast in Dutch oven or crock pot. Cover with Chief's sauce
Mix ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 325 degrees F. for about 3-1/2 hours or until tender. Make gravy from drippings.
