Low Fat Lemon Basil Pepper Steak


3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsps. lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 tsps. dried basil leaves
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirlion steak, about 1 inch thick

Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, lemon pepper and basil; mix well. Rub mixture on steak. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 9 to 11 minutes or until well-browned. Turn; broil an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until steak is of desired doneness. To serve, cut into criosswise slices.
