Perfect Brisket


Whole beef brisket
Bottle of chili sauce
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can Coca Cola

Score the underside of the brisket against the grain, so you will know how to cut it after cooking. Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan. Cover and cook slowly at 325 degrees F until fork tender, about 3 hours.
