Steaks with Herb Butter


1/4 cup soft butter
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dill week
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 steaks or London broil

Combine butter, green onion, chives, parsley, dill weed and salt. Add tabasco and lemon juice gradually beating until blended. Cook steaks as desired. Spread steaks with herb butter and serve immediately.
