Stuffed Flank Steak


1 large flank steak
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 package of stuffing mix (we always used Stove Top)
Unwaxed, unflavored dental floss

Make the stuffing as directed on the package. Butterfly-cut the Flank steak. Open up the steak, and dump on the stuffing. Cover generously with Cheddar Cheese. The hard part - Wrap the steak up, with the stuffing and cheese on the inside. Tie it shut with the floss by wrapping it around the steak, and tying it. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
