Zesty Sloppy Joes

4 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
1 can (15 oz.) Extra Thick and Zesty tomato sauce (Contadina)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
3 TBL. Worchester
1 TBL. prepared yellow mustard
1 TBL. dry mustard
1 tea. chili powder
1 tea. garlic salt
20 to 25 hamburger buns

In large pan, brown meat, onion and celery. Add green pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes, drain. Add next ten ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

You can easily cut this recipe in half if you don't need such a large amount. Enjoy!
