Diabetic Low Fat Berry Blast Smoothie


1 cup fat-free strawberry cream yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate

Combine in a blender and mix until smooth. Thin with more orange juice if desired.

Makes 1 serving.

Per serving: 190 Calories (kcal); 1g Total Fat; (4% calories from fat); 14g Protein; 32g Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 175mg Sodium
