Fruity Frozen Fat Free Frenzy


1 pint of strawberries
1/2 pint of blueberries
2 cups of water
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of orange juice

Puree fruit in blender of food processor. Heat water and sugar until boiling and sugar has melted. Remove from heat and add orange juice. Let cool slightly and then mix in fruit. Pour in shallow glass cooking pan (or ice trays) and let it set for at least four hours or overnight. Slice into pieces and place in food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to freezer storage container and let set 30 minutes before serving.

Makes eight servings.
