Lemonade


4 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
4 lemons, thinly slice
1 tablespoon citric acid (tartaric)

Put ingredients in a bowl and pour the boiling water over them. Stir and let steep until cool. Dilute with ice cold water as desired. Lemon slices can be removed.
