Low Fat Banana Orange Pineapple Smoothie


1 frozen banana
3 tablespoons banana-orange- pineapple frozen concentrate, partly defrosted
4 1/2 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup nonfat milk (more if you like a thinner texture)
1/2 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt, fat-free lemon sorbet or nonfat fresh vanilla yogurt

Cut the banana into 1- inch chunks. Place in a blender; add the juice concentrate, water, milk and frozen yogurt, or lemon sorbet or fresh yogurt. Blend at mix speed (medium) until smooth, you may have to stir down once or twice. Blend for 45 seconds at whip speed (slow). Pour into a chilled glass.

Makes about 16 ounces.
