Vietnamese Smoothie
2 cups ice
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 of a medium very ripe mango
1 tablespoon sugar
you can also use pear, avocado or any other fruit you can think of in the place of the mango, if it's a sweet fruit then you don't need any sugar. Combine everything in the blender, making sure not to go either too light on the ice or too heavy on the milk or else it'll taste kinda funny Blend away at various speeds until the ice is crushed and the "smoothie" develops
