Three Cheese Biscuits

2 1/4 cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the baking mix, milk, and cheeses until a stiff dough forms. Turn the dough onto a surface well dusted with baking mix and gently roll in the mix to coat. Shape the bowl into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with the melted butter or margarine and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes 12 biscuits
