Honey Graham Pecan Bread


11/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
11/4 cups graham or whole wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
1 egg beatened
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup coursly chopped pecans
Whipped cream or cream cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine dy ingredients and peacans in medium-size bowl. Mix remaining ingredients except whipped butter; stir into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into greased loaf pan, 9X5X3 inches. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with whipped butter or cream cheese.
