Spice Bread


12 ounces 7-Up
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 cup honey
3 cups self-rising flour

Preheat the oven to 400F.

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Pour the batter into a loaf pan that has been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Bake for 50 minutes.

Variations:
Add 1/2 cup of dates, golden raisins or figs to the batter.
