Whole Wheat Zucchini Banana Bread

2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
1 small, soft mashed banana
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dark raisins

Beat eggs. Add applesauce, vanilla, sugar, zucchini and banana. Mix together well and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (approx. 3 x 9 x 3 deep.) Preheat oven to 350F, bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes two loafs.
