Almond Poppy Seed Bread for ABM


Serving Size : 12

1 1/2 Pound Loaf
1 1/4 cups buttermilk, tepid
1 1/2 tablespoons almond extract
3 tablespoons honey, * see note
3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten
1/2 cup roasted almonds

Place ingredients in machine according to manufacturer.
Add nuts at nut cycle.
Crust set to medium.
