Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bread for ABM


1/4 cup buttermilk (80 degrees )
2 tablespoons applesauce
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 cup sliced apples (fresh or canned)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
2 teaspoons dough enhancer (increase to 3-4 teaspoons if gluten is in it)
2 teaspoons gluten (if not in dough enhancer)
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
