Apple Oat Bread for ABM

1 pkg dry active yeast
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and grated
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon applesauce
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 tablespoons gluten
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat bran
1 cup bread flour
1/2 cup rolled oats

Place in pan according to mfg.'s directions.
