Baked Potato Bread for ABM


Serving Size : 12

1 1/2 Pound Loaf
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon canola oil, optional
3 tablespoons bacon bits, fat-free
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons potato flakes, * see note
3 tablespoons chives, freeze-dried
2 teaspoons yeast, fast rise
-or-
3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add ingredients according to particular bread machine.
For best flavor, use real bacon bits.

This dough can be very dry so resist the urge to add water.

Per serving: 164 Calories (kcal); 2g Total Fat; (11% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 30g Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 323mg Sodium
Food Exchanges: 2 Grain (Starch); 1/2 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates

NOTE: Use butter or margarine for the canola oil if desired. Bake using the white or rapid bake cycles.
* Instant potato flakes such as "Hungry Jack", Betty Crocker", etc.
